MM Seed: New and Improved for 2026
MM Seed enters 2026 with a refined and strengthened range, building on its reputation for quality, performance and reliability across golf, winter sports, cricket and tennis.
A fine, dense, low-input outfield mixture for sustainable cricket turf (without ryegrass)
MM12 is a 100% non-ryegrass mixture developed specifically for cricket outfields where a tight, dense, fine-textured surface is required. This blend delivers smooth ball roll, strong drought tolerance and significantly lower nutrient and water demands compared to ryegrass-based mixtures. Featuring strong creeping and slender creeping red fescues, Chewings fescue and a touch of browntop bent, MM12 forms a compact, resilient sward that performs exceptionally well under typical outfield management. It is ideal for clubs seeking a sustainable and traditional fine turf outfield.

Consequently, we rigorously test and select varieties with strong natural resilience. By continuously developing new tolerant grasses and tracking long-term disease trends through our annual surveys, we’re helping our customers stay one step ahead. We build strong turf for the future.
